We consider our marketplace model the best way to offer valuable educational content to our users. We need rules to keep our platform and services safe for you, us, and our student and instructor community. These Terms apply to all your activities on the ScrumPrep website, the ScrumPrep mobile applications, our TV applications, our APIs, and other related services (“Services”). We also provide details regarding our processing of personal data of our students and instructors in our Privacy Policy. Our website and apps cause communications about your browsing and app activities and app usage to be sent from you to third parties who provide services to ScrumPrep. By using our Services, you consent to these communications.

Certain promotions might feature courses or bundles with specific expiration periods. These durations vary per promotion and content. While expiration timelines may differ, some promotions could entail courses or bundles expiring within 18 months of purchase.

ScrumPrep reserves the right to modify promotions and associated expiry policies at its discretion, with advance user communication.
Deactivation of Unused Accounts
To foster active learning, we’ve instituted a policy on deactivating unused accounts. Accounts inactive for extended periods may be deactivated. An inactive account is one not accessed or used for a defined duration.
Deactivation suspends account access and associated services. While criteria may vary, deactivation often occurs after an extended inactive period, e.g., [specific time frame, e.g., 12 months].
